The Burford Recruitment Company are excited to be working with a well-established and successful company located in Abingdon, who are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their busy team.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of 5 Customer Service Executives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leadership and Management of the Customer Service/ Sales team
- Optimise customer experience by delivering industry leading customer communications
- Resolve customer issues efficiently
- Update the CRM system efficiently and accurately (Salesforce)
- Capture and measure feedback across the customer journey
- Manage accounts within 3rd party agencies
- Consolidation of financial processes alongside the Finance Team
- Dealing with complaints ensuring to follow procedure, working with the Operations Team
- Web content management alongside the Marketing Team

**Skills and attributes required**:

- Previous Supervisory/ Management experience is essential
- Experience of Salesforce would be beneficial
- Ability to manage customer enquiries/ complaints efficiently and effectively
- A friendly, positive attitude with the ability to motivate your team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Additional information**:

- £27,000 to £30,000 pa
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Birthday off
- Hybrid working
- 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
- Must be flexible to work additional hours during peak periods
- Onsite parking
- Social events
