My client is growing and looking for a 3rd line support consultant with Dynamics support experience, this role can be hybrid or fully remote depending on your location, but you must be based in UK.

The role of the Dynamics Support Consultant is to provide support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 NAV/Business Central across multiple customers, in a variety of sectors.

This role entails communicating with key users on customer implementations, 3rd parties and development teams for the resolution of more complex issues and, along with colleagues,

**3rd Line Support Consultant Skills required**
- Troubleshooting, Debugging and Basic Modifications of Dynamics NAV/BC
- Ensure communication on progress to all stakeholders is undertaken in a timely manner.
- Experience working with Dynamics NAV/BC in a support developer or functional business role
- Experience of working in a busy environment to targets to SLA’s and within timescales
- Self-motivated curious attentive to detail and with great prioritisation skills
- Good communication skills in particular the ability to translate complex ideas to user friendly terms
- Excellent customer service skills and exceptional telephone manner
- Ideally a good working knowledge of finance or supply chain processes
- Ability to participate and contribute successfully within a team environment
- Previous Service Management experience
- Experience with 1st to 3rd Line Support
- Experience with Jet Reports
- Experience with LS Retail
