This role is needed due to a current member of the support team relocating. This inspiring school is a specialist independent provision that supports 85 pupils with complex and additional needs. The school supports pupils from all walks of life from the age of 5-19 years. The school offers an inclusive, safe and inviting environment where every child can achieve, succeed and break down any boundaries that they might have encountered in mainstream education. Staff develop very strong working relationships with pupils. As a result, every learner feels understood and enjoys attending school.

This school benefits from a long standing senior leadership team with clear vision for the future in addition the school has been recently refurbished and now offers free flowing, bright and inviting learning environments classrooms, therapy and sensory rooms. In this role you are supporting as a teaching assistant in classes of no more than 8 students, helping the class teacher in aspects of the day to day learning but also supporting SEN learners on a 1:1 and small group basis when needed.
