Integral Diagnostics (IDX Group) is a leading provider of quality diagnostic imaging services with a team of more than 1500 staff including specialist radiologists, medical imaging technologists and support professionals across 74 + sites in Australia and New Zealand. Radiology is an industry leader in medical technology, delivering fast and specific medical reporting bringing the best outcomes to patients and referrers.

Some of the responsibilities include:

- Being knowledgeable of the business’, to identify and analyse areas for improvement
- Manage PACS Administration and Support Workflows
- Manage and implement integrations with third parties as required
- Strong organisational skills for managing teams and monitoring customer group matters

**Key Responsibilities**
- About You:

- Experience working in a radiology business in either the private or public sector
- PACS Administration knowledge
- Skilled in customer relationship management, project management, and/or quality control
- Experience and understanding of the interaction in workflow between RIS, PACS and HL7
- Demonstrated experience in delivering exemplary support to end-users at all levels of the business.
