We're seeking a Head of Talent and Engagement who is passionate about developing and retaining top talent, and creating a culture of engagement.

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing talent strategies that align with our organisational goals and objectives. Leading a multi disciplined team you will lead the identification and development of programs attract, retain, and develop our employees and volunteers.

You'll work as part of our executive support team to ensure that we are set up to deliver our 3 year business plan and are considering our actions with our people at the heart of our decision making.

You'll also be responsible for creating a culture of individualism through our engagement, wellbeing and EDI agenda playing the lead role in any organisational design changes that are required.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a proven track record of success in talent management and engagement and organisational change. You'll need to be a strategic thinker, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
