This is a new role being established to create a compliance function to facilitate growth of the business within financially regulated frameworks.

**About the role**:
**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Work directly with clients, internal resources, and all relevant stakeholders to determine and define the scope and objectives of projects to ensure technical feasibility, ensuring they remain within scope throughout.
- Create and manage project plans that ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation for each necessary project.
- Manage project budgets and financial forecasting for each project, liaising with wider Company functions and stakeholders to align with the project scope. Process expenses claims, raise necessary purchase orders, obtain approvals, manage all invoices and payment terms for each project.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques, providing consistent project updates to key stakeholders.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Manage the relationship with necessary clients and all stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Perform risk management assessments to minimise project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Utilise industry best practice, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution, monitoring progress and adjusting where required.
- Collate all KPI information and such other information as may be requested from time to time, own and manage reporting requirements on an adhoc basis.
- To review the effectiveness of delivered projects to provide improvements in service performance, outcomes, and efficiency.
- Provide administrative support on wider project support where needed.

**What we're looking for in you**:

- Minimum 3 years’ previous Project Management experience
- Experience communicating and influencing at Board & Executive level
- Experience in developing management reports & budget information
- A relevant project management qualification (Prince 2, APMQ, SAFe, SCRUM)
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities
- High attention to detail
- Excellent prioritisation and organisation skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and deal with difficult situations quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of management
- Action and results focused
- Ability to influence others and gain buy in from stakeholders
- Degree in Business (Desirable)
