Our client, a leading technology company, are looking to recruit an organised, professional and efficient Administrator to join their Project Team.

Reporting to and supporting the Project Manager, duties to include:

- Provide General Support/administration to Project Managers in delivering Audio/Visual projects
- Liaise with customer, sub-contractors and internal staff
- Maintain records relating to individual Projects (e.g. projects trackers, asset tracking etc)
- Deal with all general correspondence and ‘trouble shoot’ for the projects on a daily basis.
- Alert the Project Manager to any issues.
- Book and confirm site visits with customers, engineers
- Arrange equipment deliveries
- Deal with customer queries and requests

As an ideal applicant you will have a background within a similar project coordinator/administration role, be self-motivated, have an exceptional level of communication alongside a strong attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel, ideally intermediate to advanced level together with the ability to manage the process of your own workload and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
