**Administrative Assistant | **Based in Southam | 16 -20 hours per week

**Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities**:
To provide an effective office solution to the Directors & Department Heads to ensure a totally compliant and efficient office and finance operation including some HR support and payroll.

**Administrative Assistant Job Duties**:
To reconcile all tills against daily reports

Prepare daily cash and credit card banking

Input of invoices onto Xero and to produce weekly reports for Management

Set up automated weekly supplier payments electronically

Administer weekly rotas against hours staff worked for monthly payroll

Work with payroll supplier to ensure staff hours are reported correctly and in a timely manner

General Office admin tasks as required in the smooth operation of an office environment

Assist in the preparation of menus and the printing of them as required

Assist the Finance Manager with daily/ weekly tasks and general purchase ledger duties

**Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications**:
Xero (desirable)

Microsoft Office Skills,

Verbal and Written Communication Skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour
