**Position Type**: Full Time
As a Lettings Administrator, your responsibilities will include a range of administrative tasks. You will create window cards, update instruction boards, liaise with visitors and contractors, manage keys, and perform general administrative duties. Additionally, you will be involved in conducting tenant referencing checks to ensure the smooth onboarding of tenants.
**Requirements**:
- Clean UK Driving License is essential as some visits to properties may be required to conduct viewings or take marketing photos.
