**Your Role as a Sales Administrator**

Your role as a Sales Administrator will include the following:
Supporting the sales team with sales strategy including conducting market research, research city-specific lettings characteristics, recruiting, training and managing seasonal staff
- Matching enquiries with available properties using your expert knowledge of our portfolio and key student amenities
- Booking and conducting viewings with prospecting tenants - both face to face and remotely when required

Negotiating and progressing enquiries by communicating our brand proposition, competitor differentiation and tenancy terms to ensure a reservation is made
Speaking to enquires to understand why when reservations are not made, discussing and counteracting any concerns or queries in a friendly manner to encourage reservation
- Ensuring contracts are administered and returned and responding to any queries during this process
- Identifying and engaging 3rd party sales and advertising opportunities, including local lettings agents or online advertising

- Interpersonal skills, empathy and confidence that will enable you to quickly build relationships and inspire trust in you and our brand
- Confident phone manner
- Excellent written communications
- Proficient in using Word and Excel
- You can drive and have access to a motor vehicle

What can we offer you as a Sales Administrator?:

- The salary range for this role is £19,000 to £24,000 per annum based on experience and skills.
- Our brand new offices, near Cheltenham, will shortly have access to a gym and wellness centre (with an onsite personal trainer, masseuse and pilates instructor), restaurant, deli, bakery and butchers. The office also has free parking on site.
- 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and an additional 5 days off at Christmas and bank holidays.
- Flexible working hours and will be based in the Elkstone office 4 days a week, the other day will be home working.
- Will be required to work 1 in 4 weekends during peak lettings periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £24,000.00 per year
