**Project Coordinator**

Are you experienced in building relationships with a track record of an organised approach? Are you interested in joining a Creative Agency where they invest into your career and development?

OA are recruiting for a **Project Coordinator** to join our clients growing team in Welwyn Garden City within the Packaging sector.

**Main Duties**:

- Coordinating artwork projects in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining regular contact with the clients to provide updates
- Working with the Design Team, Branding Team and Production Manager and Studio teams to ensure job briefings are accurate ahead of the project starting
- Hosting team meetings to discuss updates and next steps
- Prioritising workload for production, working closely with the relevant production teams

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience within a Projects function is advantageous
- Knowledge of Branding or Packaging is not essential, but would be a great addition
- Previous experience in a role that has involved coordination, working towards deadlines and client communication
- Fantastic communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks
- A proactive approach
- Strong IT skills, including Google suite and Microsoft Office
