**The role**:
We have a new and exciting role for people who love to shape and improve tools and processes within an organization. We are looking to fill **National Programmes Coordinator** role. The postholder will play a vital role in the shaping of Depaul’s core service delivery with key responsibility to include continuous evaluation and monitoring of programmes.

In this role, you will develop, maintain and evaluate the tools and materials used to deliver purposeful activities and interventions to young people, supporting them to access opportunities for them to realise their ambitions into independent living, as well as education, training, volunteering or employment.

**About you**

You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to the values and ethos of Depaul UK.
- Experience in delivering engagement programmes to people
- Experience in client participation
- Experience in the facilitation of group activities and interventions
- Experience of programme evaluation and monitoring tools and techniques
- Understanding and knowledge of the issues faced by vulnerable homeless people
