Purchasing Coordinator

Working in a busy commercial office, carrying out a key role as Purchasing Coordinator, your duties will include:
- Purchasing of all stock components
- Stock control
- Production and planning
- Ensuring keen lead times and prices with suppliers
- Handling lots of different tasks
- Ensuring high level of accuracy at all times
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- General administrative duties
You will have previous experience of managing suppliers, placing, expediting and maintaining orders, maintenance of product pricing and costings on CIM50 (MRP Systems) and negotiating prices. You will have a good understanding of Word & Excel, the ability to coordinate your own busy workload, strong admin skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, being highly organised and possessing strong verbal & written communication skills.
In addition, you will be professional, polite, articulate and adaptable, able to work well as part of a busy team, whilst using your own initiative.
