**EQUANS is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team based at Calderdale Royal Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary banding of £23,500 - £26,500 per annum, dependant upon skills and experience as well as benefits package.**

You will provide full administrative support to the EQUANS Projects Team.

General duties will include word processing, drafting general correspondence, reports and highly confidential documentation. The Post Holder will support the Life-Cycle Project Managers in the planning & implementation of change to improve the administration service and operational quality.

The Post Holder will support the KPI Scorecard process by ensuring appropriate documentation is collated for monthly performance reviews. Ensure compliance in relation to Company Procedures for Health, Safety and Environment, Service Delivery, Quality, Finance and HR.

The Post Holder will ensure routine correspondence receives a reply in a timely manner and ensure that telephone enquiries are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, taking messages and answering routine queries.

**What will you deliver?**
- Be an integral member of a professional team providing support and effective communication on a day-to-day basis
- Ensure connect briefs are cascaded to all staff to improve internal communications, the flow of information and staff feedback
- Ensure staff understanding of administration and procedural elements of the business
- Ability to proactively promote and support compliance of administration procedures
- Support management and staff in the understanding, development, and delivery of administration systems
- Support and develop the IIP values and Company Code of Values.

**Who are we looking for?**
- IOSH managing safely - preferred
- Experience of health and safety - preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience of administrative / coordination position at site level operating across multi disciplines and multi sites in a technical/FM/estate’s role
- Excellent communication skills
- NVQ Level 2 / 3 Administration or Equivalent Experience.

This role includes a Standard DBS check therefore ability to pass is essential.
