Overview:
**Duties**:

- Plan, organise, and execute a variety of events such as conferences, weddings, corporate meetings, and fundraisers
- Coordinate all event logistics including venue selection, catering, décor, entertainment, and audio-visual requirements
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and ensure their vision is brought to life
- Manage event budgets and timelines effectively
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations
- Provide exceptional guest services and address any issues or concerns promptly

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in event planning or coordination within the hotel, hospitality, or restaurant industry - minimum 12 months.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members
- Proficiency in time management to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in upselling services or fundraising for events is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Graduate

Pay: £18,470.46-£35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
