**Job summary**:
I&E Property is looking for a Project Support Officer to join the Project Delivery team. We are looking for an enthusiastic sympathetic person, that will have the opportunity to support the valuable work the Project Delivery Team does at developing all above ground non-residential projects on the island, from Design right through Construction and Handover to Maintenance.

The Project Support Officer will play an integral part on the team, ensuring that the projects are planned and tracked against programme milestones, budget, governance and engagement with stakeholders and the community.

Essential to the role is the ability to develop and maintain a systematic approach to establishing processes and governance by following good project management practice, and by using Microsoft Office and project management software to track and report on project status.

Communication skills are equally important as we need a Project Support Officer to be confident whilst engaging with other authorities, internal clients, suppliers and stakeholders in business and the community..
