**About The Role**

The Tenancy Services Team is a busy customer facing service responsible for delivering tenancy management service to residents of over 5,700 Council homes across the borough from two area offices which each serve both urban and rural areas.

We are looking to recruit a Tenancy Support Officer to work within our Tenancy Services Team support our older tenants in the community. The role focuses on developing and promoting the use of our Communal Rooms within our Sheltered Housing schemes, helping tenants to maintain their independence and reducing loneliness and social isolation. We value the importance of providing safe communal facilities for all Sheltered Housing tenants to use whilst enjoying a variety of activities.

This role requires a satisfactory basic disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
