They are looking for Trade Counter Sale / Yard Assistant to join their successful business in their Newbury branch.

Benefits of a Trade Counter Sales/Yard Assistant are:

Responsibilities of a Trade Counter Sales/Yard Assistant:

- Answering customer enquiries over the phone, looking to provide quotations for materials and secure sales
- Serving both trade customers and members of the public at the sales counter. This may involve helping load customer vehicles with purchased products
- Ensuring the sales counter is well stocked with brochures and display materials
- Operating loading machine to unload and load vehicles
- Preparation of orders for delivery

The ideal Trade Counter Sales/Yard Assistant will:

- A confident telephone manner with the ability to deal with customer enquiries
- A 'hands on' individual that will support the branch in all aspects when needed
- A team player
- Builders merchant or trade customer experience
