We are looking to recruit a Clinic Support and Results Clerk to support the Appointments & Results (ARC) admin team in Axess Sexual Health.

The ARC admin team are currently housed in The Beat in Liverpool City Centre. We anticipate the service will move to a new city centre location when Axess Sexual Health services in the Linda McCartney Centre and The Beat integrate in the next 12 months.

The team supports the management and communication of test results for sexual health patients in Liverpool and beyond.

This is a very exciting time for Axess sexual health servicewith a number of innovations to be implemented alongside these developments with the aim of providing world class services.

To undertake this role you will have experience of using Electronic Patient Record Systems, working with databases and data entry and will have
excellent customer service skills.
You be liaising with patients and health care professionals and will be able establish a good rapport and professional relationships with others.
You will commonly deal with information of a personal and sensitive nature and you will be expected to adhere to the highest standards of
confidentiality in the course of your work.

Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust was created on 1 October 2019 following the merger of two adult acute Trusts, Aintree University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and the Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospitals NHS Trust.

The merger provides an opportunity to reconfigure services in a way that provides the best healthcare services to the city and improves the quality of care and health outcomes that patients experience.
