We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Support Practitioner (Band 4) to join our esteemed Urology Diagnostics, Treatment, and Outpatients department.
The ideal candidate will exhibit enthusiasm, motivation, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
The Urology team is committed to delivering exceptional service to all patients, which includes:
- Guiding patients through the diagnostic journey
- Utilizing and sanitizing diagnostic instruments
- Assisting with diagnostic procedures
- Facilitating patient flow in clinics, urodynamics, lithotripsy, and oncology
- Providing support to the Medical and Nursing teams

Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring patients are treated with respect and courtesy at all times
- Upholding patient confidentiality
- Promoting and valuing the rights and diversity of all individuals
- Collaborating with Specialist Nurses to provide treatments and education regarding catheterization, CISC, catheter changes, and LUTs symptoms
- Supporting junior staff in the diagnostic room and assisting with various procedures such as flexible cystoscopy, transperineal biopsy, botox treatments, and urodynamics
