Brand Guardian Senior Executive

Our Brand & Health Engagement team is responsible for producing sector-leading, highly effective, marketing campaigns and customer journeys, inspiring more people to engage with and support the British Heart Foundation (BHF) and its life saving work.
We are looking for a creative individual with excellent attention to detail to join us as a Brand Guardian Senior Executive to support the Brand Guardian Manager to partner with teams across the charity, providing them with expert brand consultancy and inspiring them to harness the power of our brand.
You will be responsible for the daily brand approval processes and manage our brand resources to embed the brand strategy, visual identity, and tone of voice into the DNA of the charity.
With a deep understanding of the charity, our strategies and objectives, brand challenges, and project priorities, you will use that knowledge to input into briefs. You will also provide support in developing creative ideas and provide feedback to agencies and campaign managers alike.
**Working arrangements**
This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office.
At the BHF we believe in the power of being together, so our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office, at least one day each week, on average. The use of our office spaces is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.
**About you**
With knowledge and understanding of principles and best practice in brand management, you’ll have previous marketing experience or a marketing qualification.
You’ll have strong time management skills and be able to work at pace to meet multiple deadlines. With previous experience working on multiple projects simultaneously, you’ll be able to work collaboratively, both internally and with agencies.
With excellent communication skills, you’ll be able to build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation. You’ll be confident in dealing with colleagues at all levels and be able to challenge and influence stakeholders.
