About the Role

MG OMD's Business Development and Marketing Team is expanding, seeking a talented Lead Designer to drive creative output across design spectrums. Reporting to the Executive Director, Head of Business Development & Marketing, this role will lead the design division, consisting of Senior Designers and freelance support.

Key Responsibilities:

Branding and creative marketing
Print and digital design
Event design and presentation
Managing senior stakeholders, timelines, and budgets

About You

The ideal candidate will be an experienced multi-tasker, brand guardian, and storyteller with excellent time management and communication skills. They will conceptualise, design, and produce creative output, acting as Brand Guardian for MG OMD's projects and taking design concepts to new levels.
