As part of our business growth, we are seeking administrative staff looking to take their career to the next level as part of our centralised bookings team at our **Harley Street and Edgware branches.**

Working with state-of-the-art equipment and class-leading facilities, the successful applicants will have the opportunity for professional development as part of a friendly team based in a central location.

We are seeking a Clinic Administrator to join our team. The role would entail:

- Report to Clinic Manager and Clinic Supervisors
- To have a thorough knowledge of all Practice procedures
- To work in accordance with written protocols
- Pulling/filing notes for surgeries and updating as necessary
- Always answering the phone as quick as possible
- Renewing files of new patient’s notes as necessary
- Opening and distributing incoming mail
- Computer Registrations of new patients - computer data entry and medical records
- Process patient's change of address (have knowledge of practice area.)
- Process repeats prescription requests in accordance with practice guidelines
- Scanning and data entry into medical records
- Ensure building security - have a thorough knowledge of doors/windows/alarm
- Preparing and tidying consulting rooms replenishing stock and stationery as necessary
- Providing holiday cover for colleagues

Maintain stock of patient information leaflets and ensure up-to-date information is available in the waiting room and clinical rooms

Any other tasks allocated by managers such as helping with stock and picking up patients if other team members are busy

Maintaining total confidentiality of personal and financial data

Clinic Administrators assist in the smooth running of the day-to-day activities of a medical office or facility by handling various administrative duties. They play an essential role in ensuring patients receive the best healthcare and support. They greet patients, schedule their appointments, and organise and follow up on referrals and tests.

**Salary**: £20,000.00 - £23,000.00 per year
