**We’re looking for Technical Administrator to join our Eastern and Midlands team based in Waterbeach. **Location**: Waterbeach this role can also be based from Nottingham, Witham or Solihul - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required

**Contract**: Permanent - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know

**Responsibilities**

Your day to day will include:

- You will be responsible for collating information received from the site teams to draft the contract documents for subcontractors.
- You will be tasked with infilling NEC and JCT standard forms of contract, checking information, formatting documents, issuing orders to subcontractors and ensuring all documents are fully executed.
- You will liaise directly with the site teams, in particular the quantity surveyors.

- Proficient in using Microsoft software will play a key part in your success in this role, as well as having the ability to produce well-presented, accurate and structured documentation.
- The role will also require good communication skills and critical thinking.
- Experience of contracts and/or the construction industry.
