**The Role**

Based from our Rugby depot and working closely with the Foreman and Regional Operations Manager you will be responsible for on site grounds services.

The below is a brief summary of the role, more details will be discussed at the interview stage.
- Performance of on-site grounds care services including, lawn-care, weed control, maintenance of shrub and flowerbeds and planting works.
- Performance of on-site hard landscaping general and the removal of low hazard waste.
- The interpretation of ground care specifications and the deliverance of these specifications on site.
- Completing all relevant job documentation.
- Review and process of all tasks via JobLogic system.
- Reporting of any H&S issues or site standard issues to line manager.
- Ensuring safe on-site working procedure.
- Taking job completion photos to give an overview of the entire site standards.
- Ensuring high productivity rates meeting allocated times for tasks.
- Ensuring maintenance and upkeep of equipment under your control.
- Ensuring maintenance and upkeep of vehicles under your control.

Any other tasks as deemed necessary within your capabilities.
- Driving Licence
- Broad ground maintenance experience
- PA1/PA6
- Attention to detail
