We are currently recruiting a Maintenance Assistant to work alongside other Maintenance staff. You will maintain daily checks to ensure the good running of the building and equipment. You will be reliable and professional and an all-round team player

Duties to include
- Assisting in keeping public areas tidy and well-maintained
- Helping housekeeping, bar, and banqueting staff to set up rooms or move furniture
- Ensuring the safety of guests by, for instance, placing and removing signage that indicates wet floors or paint
- Physical strength and endurance for carrying and moving large items
- Good listening skills to adequately gauge and anticipate the needs of guests and wedding requirements
- Excellent verbal skills to effectively communicate with coworkers colleagues and guests
- Basic maintenance skills to assist with maintenance tasks as needed, general DIY skills
- Maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, painting, decorating
- Daily checks such as gas and kerosene levels, drains, bio unit, bins.
- Hot tub cleaning and maintenance
