">We are seeking a highly skilled Preventive Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Russell Taylor Group.
">Job Description:
">The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing planned preventive maintenance for all company buildings and utilities.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out planned preventive maintenance for all company buildings and utilities.">
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery and equipment, including fault finding and minor repairs.">
- Complete accurate and timely maintenance logs and schedules.">
- Contact external contractors as required and assist with tasks on site.">
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly health and safety checks and inspections.">
Requirements:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.">
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.">
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.">
Compensation:
">The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on industry standards.
