**Job Overview**:
As an Administrator you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth administrative processes, particularly in handling new allocations, communication with service users and families, and coordinating with suppliers. The role involves a combination of paperwork management, communication facilitation, and system updates.
**Duties**:
- Arrange appointments and maintain office records and databases
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks
- Conduct research and gather information as requested
