You’ll be someone who can work pro-actively, managing your own tasks, but you’ll also be confident collaborating with others, communicating regularly with senior managers, Directors, and BDO’s Partners to enable us to serve our clients effectively. You’ll be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to our clients.

The firm is looking to recruit an HR Administrator to support the Diversity & Inclusion (‘Be Yourself’) agenda and the HR team more broadly. The role will sit within BDO’s Shared Service centre (SSC). SSC team members work internally within the business providing support to the client facing members of BDO.

To provide support for the overall Be Yourself strategy, working closely with the Be Yourself Senior Manager and the Head of HR Generalists.

**Responsibilities**:
Administration

Day to day support of the Be Yourself senior manager with activities including:

- Employee networks: attending employee network meetings and giving central perspective and updates; tracking network activity and updating the U Calendar; interacting with Be Yourself network Yammer groups
- Updating the Be Yourself Insite pages
- Working with our comms contact to draft and post comms updates for key groups, for example: leader updates, network newsletters and events
- Information provision for client tender questions relating to the Firm’s position on D&I
- Completing regular updates for the broader HR team, and other departments as needed, including the HR calendar
- Gaining feedback and employee insight to help drive strategy through proactive conversations with colleagues across the business

Analytics
- Producing regular reports from internal systems (Workday), for example, the internal Boards agreed metrics and analysing the data, spotting trends and gaps for further analysis
- Once dashboards are built, act as a liaison with the Internal team and the HR Managers to ensure they have access to the correct reports to enable them to build D&I into their day to day role

**Requirements**:
Required
- Administration experience
- Excellent IT skills
- Able to work in a busy, high volume but rewarding role

Desirable
- Experience of Project Management
- Experience of interpretation of data to produce meaningful reports and information
- Some stakeholder management skills demonstrating appropriate levels of gravitas and credibility
- Prior HR and / or D&I experience
