**Role**: Workforce Trainer

**Location**: West Yorkshire

**Pay**: £28,000 per annum

**Duration**: 5 days per week, Permanent

You will be working to develop and delivering in the Bradford District - specifically the Adversity, Trauma and Resilience (ATR). It aims to deliver a district-wide, whole system, trauma informed approach. We are looking for experienced trainers in the Yorkshirearea who might want to use their skills in a different sector.

This role will involve working with project partners and liaising with third parties to bring training to their companies.

**What the role of a Workforce Trainer will involve?**
- To co-ordinate, administer and deliver the ATR workforce training programme, under the guidance of the project lead.
- Support organisations with implementations of ATR (Trauma-informed) practice through signposting, awareness, and training.
- Collect and present training data to support the monitoring report requirements of the funder.
- Create workshops and lesson materials for the workshops.

**What the Workforce Trainer will need**:

- English and Maths at grade A-C or above
- Training Qualification or extensive experience
- Experience of delivering workshops or training sessions
- Experience of working with a range of stakeholders
- Engaging delivery of presentations to audiences online or face to face.
- It would be desirable to have knowledge of Adversity, Trauma and Resilience
