**Workforce Trainer (ATR) **for the Resilience Bradford Project**

**14 - 21 hours (0.4 - 0.6 FTE) £28,000 p.a**

Resilience Bradford is an exciting partnership, established by Bradford Trident, Better Start Bradford, and WAVE Trust to develop and deliver the Bradford District Adversity, Trauma and Resilience (ATR) Workforce Training and Learning Project which aims to deliver a district-wide, whole system, trauma-informed approach to Adversity, Trauma and Resilience.

The post will be employed by Bradford Trident and based with Resilient Bradford team.

***Workforce Trainer (ATR) will**:
*** Co-ordinate, administer and delivery the ATR Workforce Training Programme, under the guidance of the Project Lead

Support organisations with implementation of ATR [trauma-informed] practice through signposting, awareness, and training
- Collect and present training data to support the monitoring report requirements of the funder
- Contribute to the dissemination of learning gained by the programme
- Assist in maintaining relationships with local stakeholders, workforce, and community, including those with lived experience of adversity and trauma.

**Applicants should have**:

- Experience in co-ordinating, administering and delivering training, a qualification in training or equivalent, and the ability to present to mixed audiences.
- The ability to collect and analyse data and to produce project evaluation reports.
- Ability to prioritise own workload and manage time effectively

A satisfactory DBS check will be required for the successful applicant
