**Workforce Trainer for our Adversity, Trauma and Resilience (ATR) Project**

**Salary: £28,000 pro rata (+6.6% matched pension contribution)**

**Hours: 0.6 fte (22.2 hrs)**

The Trident Wave Resilience (TWR) partnership has been established by Bradford Trident, Better Start Bradford and WAVE Trust to develop and deliver the Bradford District Adversity, Trauma and Resilience (ATR) Workforce Training and Learning Programme which aims to deliver a district-wide, whole system, trauma-informed approach to Adversity, Trauma, and Resilience.

The ATR Workforce Trainer will be employed by Braford Trident and embedded within the Bradford Better Start team but will liaise with project partners WAVE Trust and the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council throughout.

**ATR Workforce Trainer will**:

- Co-ordinate the delivery of ATR Workforce Training and Learning Programme and monitoring, under the guidance of the Project Lead
- Support organisations with implementation of ATR [trauma-informed] practice through signposting, awareness, and training
- Gather and analyse data, produce reports, and ensure the project is appropriately monitored
- Maintain relationships with local stakeholders, workforce, and community, including those with lived experience of adversity and trauma

**Applicants should have**:

- Experience in co-ordinating and delivering training, a qualification in training or equivalent, and the ability to present to mixed audiences.
- The ability to collect and analyse data and to produce project evaluations and reports
- Ability to prioritise own workload and manage time effectively

A satisfactory DBS check will be required for the successful applicant
