**Workforce Training Lead**

**for Resilient Bradford (Adversity, Trauma and Resilience programme)**

**28 - 35 hours (0.8fte 1 fte) **£36,050p.a**. **pro rata**

**Seize a rare opportunity to make a lasting change to our district’s approach to trauma-informed practice and restorative supervision.**

***You will lead a small dedicated team based in a progressive local charity and collaborating with international experts to deliver workforce training and establish best practices across statutory and third sectors.**

**You will**:

- Lead a small team (trainers and marketer) and have day to day responsibility for the programme and for maintaining relationships with local stakeholders, including those with lived experience of adversity and trauma.
- Lead the ATR Workforce Training and Learning Programme and be responsible for managing the delivery of the contract.
- Lead the research of restorative supervision practices in local organisations and practitioners across Bradford (workforce need, current provision, identify gaps and best practices => recommendations for delivery post March 2025).

Work with stakeholders to ensure the TWR project contributes to the Bradford District ATR Strategy objectives

**Applicants should have**:

- Relevant qualifications and/or experience in training delivery/programme management or other relevant fields
- Experience delivering training and knowledge of trauma informed practices
- Ability to gather and analyse data and present findings to multiple audiences
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

A standard DBS check will be required for the successful applicant
