**Administrator - Facilities Management**

**Romford**

An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join the team at Galliford Try Facilities Management.

Ideally, you will based in or around Romford, this role will organise the day-to-day operations of the FM Project. To provide clerical support to our FM managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities.

**What you will be doing**:
The main duties would be assisting the Contract and managers with delivering excellent all forms of FM to our clients. The main duties would include:

- Supporting the Midlands and South Contracts with processing of invoices via the Oracle System.
- Raising of Purchase orders and Sub-Contract orders in Oracle as instructed by the Line Manager.
- Supporting the Midlands and South Contracts with Administrational support
- Taking ownership of invoice trackers and FM Contract trackers.
- Deal with electronic communications in accordance with Galliford Try Policies
- Provide administrative support to project staff who do not have electronic access to Galliford Try systems including and not limited to the Galliford Try Oracle based programmes for employment services.
- Raising and closing of Tasks in the CAFM system for Lifecycle, Variations or Chargeable works as instructed by the Line Manager
- Supporting the Jeopardy & Planning Team for CAFM system updates
- Receive and appropriately action subcontract or supplier invoices in accordance with Galliford Try policies and procedures.
