We are looking to take on administrators to work one of our most established clients

**Responsibilitiesinclude**:

- Completing onboarding checks for new starters to client guidelines
- Support to clear the backlog of outstanding Right To Work checks - reviewing documents to ensure they meet the government guidelines
- Contacting applicants to request correct documents
- Ensure accuracy when checking and logging documents
- Ad hoc admin tasks as required

**Skills**
- Organised and able to work with mínimal guidance
- Able to pick up new systems easily
- Able to take accountability for quality of own work
- Accountable for managing own workload
- Knowledge and experience of MS tools including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Teams
- Able to adapt and complete a variety of admin tasks

All training on internal systems will be provided. The role is a hybrid role with 2 days per week working on site, and 3 days a week working from home. Training will be completed on site during the first week
