We are looking for a highly motivated Administrator looking to take the next step in their career.

As an Administrator, you will work with multiple departments within the organisation providing administrative support wherever required.

Primary duties will include the maintenance of multiple spreadsheets and project plans to ensure that information is always accurate and up to date. Ensure documentation where required is sent out on time for Project Meetings and that meeting notes are returned in a timely fashion. Produce and distribute relevant project documentation including project workflows and Gantt charts.

In addition to general department administration, the successful applicant will assist the Sales team in the production and distribution of sales orders, purchase orders and quotation documents.

Other duties will include maintaining company policy information required to adhere to ISO27001 standards.

Key role requirements:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Assertive nature
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure with great attention to detail
- Ability to be proactive

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
