Roles and responsibilities include:

- Advertising and managing vacancies on websites, Job Boards, LinkedIn, and Social Media.
- Database Maintenance - Keeping personnel files updated for availability.
- Ensure all jobs are advertised and managed on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Company website.
- Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to Account Managers in respect of suitable applicants.
- Manage availability list and calling out on client vacancies to help source new and available personnel.
- Management of jobs on CRM - keep jobs updated and close and reject jobs that are filled.
- Manage our client's website adding relevant news articles.
- Promoting the company through their Social Media channels, providing content, and generally maintaining social visibility.

Qualifications and experience:

- GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Previous experience of working in a busy, fast-paced and communicative support role.

Our client is offering a very attractive salary of up to £27,000 per annum (working 35 hours per week (9-5 Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch)), together with a discretionary team support bonus, Vitality Health Insurance, 25 days holiday (plus BankHolidays) and the opportunity to become part of an awesome and successful team
