Skybreak is a long-established family-owned company with more than 30 years’ experience in the Aviation and Travel industry. We are passionate about travel and pride ourselves on enhancing the airport passenger experience.
We specialise in providing on airport passenger services, supporting passengers face to face both physically and digitally. We are now looking to grow our team and are recruiting colleagues to join our skilled Sales & Operations Team. We offer competitive rates of pay (based on experience) plus the opportunity to earn uncapped commission with a ‘we earn you earn’ company ethos. Commissionable earning are a hybrid, part individual part shared model, with a monthly commission guarantee threshold, which is reflected in the OTE range.
**Responsibilities**
- Create tailor made solutions for passengers that have missed their flight
- Booking all travel products including but not limited to; flights, hotels, ground transportation and visa's.
- Provide high levels of customer service at all times and to contribute positively the passenger experience.
- Meeting company targets and earning generous commission
- Dealing with customers face to face at our customer service centres, via video link and live chat
**Skills of benefit**
- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- Knowledge of Amadeus or other major GDS reservation system and/or previous Airline ticketing experience
- Geographical knowledge
- Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Languages (beneficial but not essential)

Applicants will be required to work shifts at Gatwick Airport within our core opening hours of 0600-2200 daily. Shifts allocated over 7 days (including weekends and bank holidays) and on a shift pattern.

Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year
