**Executive Assistant to the board of directors**

**Salary**:£24,000 per annum plus annual discretionary bonus

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30, including 1 hour for lunch

**Location**: Ludlow, UK

To achieve this growth, we now have an exciting vacancy for a charismatic and motivated **Executive Assistant to the board of directors **to join our team in the UK.

**Brief responsibilities of the role are**:

- Providing administrative support to the board of directors
- Income and expense reconciliation including raising invoices
- Diary management
- Complaint handling
- General management of office premises
- Basic HR tasks such as approving annual leave and conducting staff reviews
- Other administration tasks as required

**To be considered for this role you will need**:

- Strong organisation skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Motivation to succeed in your career
- Sound grammar and professional telephone manner
- Previous experience using Microsoft Office / Office 365
- Full UK driving licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
