Patient Communication Consultant
REMOTE/HYBRID, UK TEAM PERMANENT

With Henry Schein one we work with two dental practice management systems; EXACT (Software of Excellence) which is server-based and Dentally which provides cloud-based online dental practice management software that helps thousands of dental practices and professionals.

How you’ll make an impact
As a Patient Communication Consultant, you will work within the Patient Communication Team and alongside our practices to set up and configure EXACT and Dentally’s additional modules. You will be required to ensure that our customers are fully utilising the functionality of the system. You will also be required to work closely with our existing customers on an ongoing basis to maximise their business opportunities; within an environment that prides itself on a ‘Great place to work’. You will also have a high element of data analysis to understand the world of our practices and provide insight across our businesses to ensure we can give our customers and fellow colleagues the information they need to make a difference in the health of the UK Population.
What you'll do
- Challenging customers’ perspectives and driving utilisation within our communication solutions.
- Install and train our customers on our solutions where necessary.
- Understand product functionality and recommend changes that could enhance product penetration.
- Work closely with other teams to deliver added value through company contributions.
- Work towards incentive based KPIs and be accountable for your own results.
- Redefine the features within our software.
- Manipulate data and identify opportunities for practices that are not getting full value from our Software.
- Ad hoc tasks that support our wider vision.

- Knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Experience working towards clear objectives and KPIs
