Our Education client in Leicester are currently seeking a temporary HR Advisor, term time only, to cover Maternity leave until June 2023.
**Your new role**
As a HR Advisor working as an integral part in the central HR services team, this is a generalist HR Advisor role with duties including:

- Support HR Manager to deliver HR projects; restructures, centralising policies, TUPE
- Assisting with recruitment
- Time & attendance
- Assisting with payroll
- New starter on-boarding
- Compliance
- Assisting in monitoring HR & recruitment metrics
- Employee relations

This position is temporary covering maternity leave until June 2023. It is a term time only role with flexible working hours between 20-30 a week.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role our client are looking for an experienced HR Advisor who ideally has experience within the Education sector or similar with up to date employment law knowledge. A CIPD qualification is desired but not essential and you will needto demonstrate generalist & full lifecycle HR experience including; recruitment, capability, grievance, disciplinary, attendance management, payroll, equality & diversity and experience using a HR system for metrics.
You will be personable with strong communication & influencing skills and able to build relationships across the organisation.
