My client, a leading name within their field, require a highly organised and adaptive administrator to join their busy team. The role is 4 days a week wfh and 1 day a week in the office. You will be responsible for ensuring all customers and users of the service are fully engaged, events are organised, deadlines are met and meetings are attended. The client provide a service for senior level employees of certain businesses and are really well regarded within their sector.

No two days will be the same so you must be able to multi task and prioritise. You will be the go to team for all other departments in the business so the ability to multi task is a must. There is a lot of career progression to be had.

**Duties**:

- Providing a client focused service through engagement and events
- Promoting the group as a whole to all customers
- Updating systems and all administration
- Attending annual and monthly events
- Booking venues and ensuring all parties are aware of dates etc
- Issuing contracts
- Working closely with marketing to ensure the business is developed
- All aspects of administration including answering calls

For this - you will be rewarded with a minimum of 28 days holiday plus bank holidays as well as an excellent pension and bonus scheme.
