**Legal secretary**

**Location: Birmingham City Centre**

**Salary: £26,000-30,000**

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a legal secretary for a Corporate law firm based in Birmingham City Centre. The prestigious full services law firm cover all areas of law and have a high clientele.

**Main duties includes but are not limited to**:

- Supporting with administrative duties across all departments
- Covering the secretarial staff when needed
- Preparing legal documentation for solicitors
- Preparing court bundles
- Supporting financial processes such as billing
- Organising and updating files and documents
- Working closely with the secretarial team
- General admin duties such as diary management and answering telephone queries
- Being a liaison point between clients and colleagues
- Has experience in a similar legal personal assistant role (preferred)
- Has experience working in a professional service/corporate environment
- Very organised with meticulous attention to detail
- Knowledge and experience of different legal sectors
- Adaptability to work in different departments and liaise with internal staff and clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Has a positive “can do” attitude to undertake various tasks
