The Role:

As a Conveyancing Legal Secretary, you will assist the conveyancing team by handling the administrative tasks that support property transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Typing legal correspondence and drafting documents from dictation
  • Preparing contracts, transfer deeds, and other conveyancing-related paperwork
  • Diary management and coordinating appointments for fee earners
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other professionals throughout the conveyancing process
  • Assisting with Land Registry applications and managing post-completion tasks
  • Providing general administrative support to the team
