We are looking for an experienced, qualified Accountant, to oversee and manage all administration and financial functions and provide information and support to the Senior Management currently in place. It is a fast moving and friendly environment with an inclusive culture running throughout the business.

**Scope of Job**

You will be responsible for:

- Oversight and/or production of monthly management accounts
- Preparation and management of cashflows
- Guiding and advising management on overall strategy and step plan to achieve the company goals.
- Management of the booking team and Account Assistant
- VAT returns
- Other ad hoc financial duties

**Skills and Experience**
- Qualified ACA, ACCA or ACMA or Qualified by experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Honesty and reliability
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability to multitask on a range of different tasks and to prioritise daily workloads
- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
