Apprentice - HR Support

The council is looking for an HR Apprentice to join our friendly HR team to provide excellent customer focused service delivering HR support for the council.
The Person
You will play an important role in providing a high-quality HR service to the organisation. You will administer recruitment and pre-employment processes and collaborate with HR team members to manage shared inboxes and complete day-to-day aspects of HR, including recruitment, payroll, and organisational development.
You will be required to complete an 18-month training program that will cover all aspects of the role and will be delivered through in-house training, day-release (if required) or other distance learning methods. You will be completing a Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship which can lead to Associate membership of the CIPD.
