We are seeking an experienced HR professional to provide additional capacity and support to our HR function. The successful candidate will have a CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice and experience working in a fast-paced HR environment, preferably in a regulated sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and transactional support to the HR function
- Work collaboratively with the HR & Compliance Manager to achieve departmental objectives
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, parents, students, and external agencies
- Utilize IT systems and administrative skills to manage HR processes and data
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice
- Experience working in a HR transactional processing role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient IT and administrative skills
- Ability to work at pace and confidentially
