Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Group HR Assistant to join our team at Cameo Consultancy (Recruitment) Limited. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide vital administrative support across all HR functions, with a strong focus on supporting the training and recruitment needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Group HR Business Partner (HRBP) and other HR team members
  • Support the training and recruitment needs of the business, including coordinating training sessions and managing recruitment processes
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as experience in an administrative role.
