**Job Title: Recruitment Consultant**

**Purpose of the Role**:
Texo Recruitment has an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team at TEXO Recruitment. We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional who is self-motivated, target driven, and has experience with external 360 recruitment.

TEXO Recruitment is based in Westhill, Aberdeen, and are proud to be part of TEXO Group, founded in 2020, we are an independent recruitment firm who specialise in Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Construction, Commercial and Welding & Fabrication sectors.

**Area(s) of Responsibility**:

- Client Management
- Business Development

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Completing relevant background checks and referencing.
- Obtaining new clients through proactive business development.
- Building on current relationships with existing company clients.
- Consult with clients and guide them through the recruitment process.
- Ensuring client management is at the forefront of all activities, maintaining a positive working relationship.
- Ensuring that all data relevant to the recruitment process is accurately recorded using internal databases.
- Consistently achieving personal sales targets and maximise revenue.
- Working within the recruitment team to achieve team monthly targets.
- Attending relevant networking and recruitment events.

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required**
- 2+years’ experience within a similar Recruitment Consultant/Sales role is essential
- Excellent client management and negotiation skills.
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to prioritise and delegate
- Internal, and/or external recruitment experience
- Full UK driving licence essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
