Purchasing Administrator

**About Us**:
Align-Pilates is a leading brand in the Pilates apparatus industry. As we continue to experience rapid growth, we are seeking a proactive and dedicated Administrator to join our team. This role is vital in supporting our ambitious expansion plans through excellent customer service, delivery management, and administrative support across our business functions, particularly in purchasing and sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Efficiently manage payments and order processes, including handling returns, using our CRM system to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
- Organise and manage customer deliveries to homes and studios, employing effective calendar and diary management.
- Assist the Purchasing Director with various tasks, helping to develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with company goals.
- CRM and Administrative Assistance: Support multiple departments—especially sales, and purchasing—by using and optimising our CRM system and business intelligence software to enhance operational efficiency.
- Help maintain a smooth team workflow and address any operational challenges in various different departments.
Strong IT Proficiency: Must have skills in Microsoft Office.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail.
- Administrative Knowledge: Solid understanding of administrative procedures.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of speaking effectively with customers and team members alike.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
